About me….
I have worked in many capacities as a helping professional for over 20 years. My areas of interest include Anxiety and Depression Treatments, Trauma Therapy, Grief Counselling, Couples and Family Therapy and Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation with individuals who have sustained brain injuries. I approach each case in an integrative and holistic way employing applicable and proven therapeutic models of care to maximize results. Helping others improve their lives through Psychotherapy is inspiring to me. I am amazed by the strength and resilience I see in my clients and the natural healing potential which is available to each and every one of us.
